FASCILITIES & EQUIPMENT

As big Die Manufacturers and Automotive Stamping Parts Supplier, FTI should have some state of the art technology in the manufacturer machines and software, such as CAD/CAM Software, CAE Simulation Software, 5 Faces (3+2 Axis) CNC Milling Machines, 1000 Ton Spotting Machines, 3 lines of Big Stamping Machines, and Welding Robots.

 
ENGINEERING

To produce high quality and precision dies, we use the technology provided by the CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) and also we already have implemented CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) for precision designs, manufacturing and computerize process simulation.

FORMING SIMULATION

Autoform program is used to make simulation of tooling development to ensure dies will produce parts smoothly.

DIE DESIGN

Using 3D Solid facility, every dies can be analyzed precisely and avoid interference between moving components.

MACHINING

To produce high precision dies, FTI uses the cutting-edge technology made available through the 5-Axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control), equipment, all of there are operated by experienced technicians. The last step in the die manufacturing process is “finishing”, which involves, spotting and try-out. This entire process is supported by both a fully equipped facility and dedicated, experienced team of experts.

SPOTTING

Fuji Technica Indonesia’s spotting system consists of large size of die spotting and hydraulic press for trial and die spotting. All of these machineries are operated by certified workers.

 
STAMPING & SUB-ASSEMBLING

Affording and Complying our customer need in automotive manufacturing, FTI use the precision tooling and machine for stamping and sub-assembling part production.

STAMPING LINE

Various size stamping machineries were invested, and fully capable in working with computation system to fulfill the designed needs. Our stamping system have capacities which head by 1200, 1000, and 500 Tons.

SUB-ASSEMBLING LINE

Our assembly primary purpose is to provide repeatability, accuracy, interchangeability and error proofing in the manufacturing of products as customer’s needs. Fuji Technica Indonesia sub assembly processes are as follow:

  • Stationary Weld,
  • Portable Weld,
  • Hemming Machine,
  • CO Weld.
